Learning to drive blind in at night
Seriously these non-dipped full beam headlights need to be banned otherwise people like myself driving smaller and lower cars will seriously end up in an accident. (Pic taken while held up in very slow traffic- felt compelled to take for evidence in case something did happen to me)
